Free Upgrades
- A 30-pound synthetic felt is used as one of Elites free upgrades. Using a 30-pound synthetic felt tears less during the installation, and also just in general you get a stronger more durable underlayment that adds more protection to your home.
- Another free upgrade is the Ice and Water shield. This is used in areas on your roof where the risk of either ice dams or wind-driven rain is severe.
- Elite also refuses to install traditional “three tab” asphalt shingles, we will always install 30-year architectural shingles adding even more value and protection.
