Daniel Therford - Production Manager
Daniel began with Elite Roofing and Remodels as an Operations Manager, as our team grew and skills were honed, we found his specialty to be in Production. He had mastered to art of scheduling conflicts, vendor negotiations and that eventually lead to his current role and Production Manager.
Carlos Gonzales - Sales Manager
Carlos began his career with Elite during the first month of its operations. During his 4 years with Elite, he has proven time and time again to not only hold the vision of Elite in his heart but be the anchor of the Sales team. He has a strong work ethic, dedication, and a keen eye for detail. He is committed to delivering the Elite Standard.

Ron Cross - Chief Executive Officer
Ron Cross, is the newest member to Elite Roofing and Remodels, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the Quality and Operations of mulit-million dollars business to scale. As our new Chief Operations Officer, Ron will help to develop process flows, KPI metrics, and much more.
Joe Creason -Interim General Manager
Joe began his career with Elite Roofing and Remodels as an Operations Assistant quickly rising the ranks to Operations Supervisor. While helping to oversee operational success, Joe mastered the skills of communication and Execution, leading to his current role as our new Interim General Manager.
Felipe Ventura - Quality Control Manager
Felipe Began with Elite Roofing and Remodels as a commissioned Sales Representative. While maintaining that role he quickly took notice to small details that make the operational and efficiencies of our business run smooth. As he grew into our Senior Project Manager and then a Sales Manager, we saw his attention to detail is unrivaled and something to be nourished. This led to his current role as our Quality Control Manager.
